Based in Kyoto, Japan, Kyoto Electronics (KEM) has been a specialized manufacturer of scientific instruments since 1961. Its product line includes high-quality, reliable analytical laboratory instruments, as well as continuous monitoring systems, introduced to meet growing environmental protection needs. In addition to the systems described below, models with additional features are also available. Contact your sales representative for more information. Karl Fischer moisture titrators MKA-610-TT: Equipped with an 8-inch, full-colour LCD touch screen, this twin-burette volumetric moisture titration system is easy to use and offers the reliability and precision you can expect from KEM. The system lets you individually control two simultaneous titrations. Automatic potentiometric titrators AT-610: KEM’s highest-end model of automatic potentiometer, the AT-610 can be used in combination with Karl Fischer titrators (coulometric or volumetric) to carry out both kinds of titrations in parallel. The an 8-inch, full-colour LCD touch screen makes this system easy to use, and it comes equipped with a compact-flash card slot for extended memory storage. AT-510: A more compact model than the AT-610, the AT-510 offers full performance and a smaller footprint. The system comes equipped with a backlit LCD screen and additional data storage with a PC card. AT-500N: This compact model is perfect for smaller labs, offering full performance in a smaller package and at a lower cost. The AT-500N is available in single- or twin-burette models. Refractometers (Brix meters) RA-250HE: Designed for quick measurements of sugar content in food and drinks, this portable Brix meter with digital display provides results in seconds. With a wide measuring range (0–60 °Bx), the RA-250HE is easy to use and requires only 0.1 ml of sample for an accurate measurement. RA-410: A stationary instrument, this Brix meter offers a wider measuring range (0–100 °Bx). With a reproducibility of ± 0.01 °Bx, the RA-410 can provide accurate measurements within four seconds. Thermal measurement meters WBGT-103: This hand-held heat stroke prevention meter is endorsed by the U.S. Army, the Japan Amateur Sports Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine, among others.
