Skalar Established in 1965, Skalar is a Dutch instrument manufacturer whose product line features a range of analyzers for environmental, pharmaceutical, agricultural, detergent, and food and beverage laboratories. Skalar analyzers meet the highest quality standards and have proven to be one of the most reliable and economical choices in today's modern routine laboratory. Automated wet chemistry analyzer San++: Designed as a modular system to meet the needs of laboratories of all sizes, the San++ can make up to 16 analytical measurements simultaneously on a single sample. With the addition of rinsing valves and specialized software, the San++ system can automate start-up, shut-down, dilutions, reruns, clean-up, and raw data storage. Carbon/nitrogen analyzers Formacs HT: for TOC in liquid samples based on a high-temperature combustion procedure and NDIR detection. Formacs TN: for TOC and/or TN in liquid samples by adding a chemiluminescence detector to the Formacs HT. Formacs LT: for TOC in liquid samples based on a low-temperature UV-persulphate digestion and NDIR detection procedure. Primacs MCS: a TOC add-on module for solid samples. Primacs SLC: for TOC in solid and liquid samples based on a combustion procedure and NDIR detection. Robotic analyzers Skalar has developed a range of analyzers that meet many industrial requirements in the field of chemical automation. In addition to significant time saving and increased data quality, these analyzer systems also provide true analytical consistency and precision in every step of the analytical process. SP10: The SP10 is a compact analyser designed for low-cost automation. With its single-probe operation and optional diluter and dosing pump, the SP10 can automate tasks such as BOD, pH, EC, turbidity and ISE in small batches. Trays are customized to fit customer-specific sample cups. SP50: With an increased footprint and a multiple-probe option, the SP50 can analyze larger sample batches at higher speeds. SP1000: An extended analyser that allows an affordable and reliable way to automate high sample loads, the SP1000 can be coupled with multiple probes, diluters, and dosing pumps. SP100: The SP100 is a flexible modular robotic analyser that can be configured for single or multiple applications. The system can be easily expanded to accommodate the growing needs of your laboratory. Spectral fluorescent analyzer Fluo-Imager: Using spectral fluorescent signatures technology, the Fluo-Imager can measure low concentrations of aromatic hydrocarbons (such as oil in water, phenols, humic and fulvic acids, benzene, toluene, xylene, and PAH) as well as COD. Toxicity analyzer ToxTracer: Typical applications for the ToxTracer include: waste water; surface water; landfill leachates; soil and sediments; food and pharmaceuticals; cooling towers and cutting fluids; and process waters. The ToxTracer can act as a stand-alone instrument, or you can store data on your PC using the ToxTracer software. Online analyzers OPA 2000: The latest development in Skalar’s online analyzer line, this batch analyzer analyses several parameters sequentially in one monitor. Its unique dosing technique with ceramic pumps means minimal sample pre-treatment, low reagent consumption, and very low maintenance. SA 9000: The SA 9000 series is based on flow-analysis technology, which allows even the most complex analysis to be reliably automated online. Fluo-Imager: The online Fluo-Imager measures untreated samples directly, without any need for sample pre-treatment. The instrument’s unique fluorescence scanning technique provides quick response times and is easy to operate.
