SCP SCIENCE is currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives who are interested in a long-term career within a professional working environment. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of service to our customers throughout the selling process.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Place of work: Baie D'Urfe (Montreal), Quebec
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders (telephone, fax, e-mail, mail);
• Provide support to outside sales force to ensure that customers’ needs are met;
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s products and services;
• Provide customers with information on their respective orders, accounts, claims etc.; tracking orders; ensure after sales support.
Essential skills and knowledge
• BSc in Chemistry or a related field or D.E.C. in Chemical Technology;
• 0- 2 years work experience in a similar position;
• Bilingualism (French & English) is essential; any additional language would be an asset such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, etc…
• Experienced professional with an excellent client approach;
• Organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results;
• Able to find creative solutions to client’s problems;
• Strong work ethic and motivation to work hard;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
