DigiPREP HT
High TemPErature Digestion System

DigiPREP HT incorporates several state-of-the-art design features.
Available in four models: DigiPREP HT 100 with a capacity of 10 or
40 tubes; and DigiPREP HT 250 with a capacity of 10 or 20 tubes.
Each DigiPREP HT comes complete with a dual zone insert rack and
Teflon® exhaust manifold. DigiPREP HT systems have a temperature
range from ambient to 450 °C. Temperature uniformity is +/-3 °C at
400 °C.

Manufactured with a SiC coated graphite block to withstand corrosion
from hot acid spills. Used with an all Teflon® manifold to promote
refluxing and to manage waste fumes. The housing of the exhaust
manifold and insert racks are triple Teflon® coated. Integrated two-tier,
high rise system to cool samples after digestion.

DigiPREP HT is constructed with an all-Teflon® exhaust manifold
system, which eliminates breakage typical with all-glass manifolds.
The manifold’s Teflon® tube adaptors ”float” in each digestion tube
eliminating sample loss while managing fumes when connected to a
glass water jet (included) or with the optional Universal Fume Scrubber
(See Accessories, page 44). The small “footprint” of each DigiPREP
HT digestion system minimizes Fume Hood space requirements.
All movement of components (manifold, tube rack) is up and down
eliminating the need for additional bench space beside the instrument.
