DigiPREP Fast Steam Distillation Systems distill samples for DigiPREP
Ammonia, TKN, Phenol, or alcohol in 3-5 minutes per sample. The Fast Steam Distillation Systems
DigiPREP line of distillation systems vary in automation as shown
in the chart below. All models have automatic addition of NaOH, removal from the spent distillation tube (safety consideration), offer
programmable reaction and distillation times and variable steam increased levels of automation. Canister sets with automatic level
generating capacity. The addition of dilution water to the sample, monitoring are available for all DigiPREP Distillation Systems. For
addition of boric acid to the receiving flask, or the automatic waste advanced automation, DigiPREP 500 comes with an onboard
titration cell for the connection of a titrator which communicates with
the distillation unit upon completion of the titration.
