2 M NHO3, 5 ml Sample 100 ml selective exchange cartridge is ideal for retaining transition metals
Water, 5 ml x 3-5 times in samples, such as seawater, that contain high concentrations of
potassium and sodium.

100 mM Ammonium Acetate pH 5.5, 5 ml

Rinsing 10 - 20 ml / min.
Rinse with 5 ml x 2 demineralized water
For seawater which contains significant
concentrations of Ca and Mg, use 0.5 M
Ammonium Acetate after water rinsing.

Elution 2 M NHO3, 2 ml + 3 ml Metal Retention on DigiSEP - Blue Label Cartridge
