Terms of Payment:

Net 30 days: for customers with established credit, payment of the total invoice
amount is required within 30 days from the shipping date, unless otherwise
negotiated. Customers requesting terms must complete a credit application and
provide both bank and trade references. Customers without terms may order via the
convenience of our credit card processing service. Visa, M/C and American Express
are accepted in our North American Office.
Note: Instrument purchases may require staggered payments. Please contact your
nearest SCP SCIENCE Office or local distributor.
Minimum order requirements:
In North America, a minimum order of $50.00 is requested; in Europe, a minimum
order of 80 Euros is requested; outside North America and Europe, customers should
consult their distributor for minimum order requirements.

Shipment:

All sales are EX-WORKS Baie d’Urfé (Montreal), QC, Canada; Champlain, NY, USA;
Courtaboeuf, Paris, France. Insurance covering the full value of the shipment is
included with the transportation charges. Please contact us, If you wish to select a
specific carrier and/or have insurance to cover your shipment.

Claims:

SCP SCIENCE takes great care in the packaging of goods prior to shipment. In
the event that breakage occurs during shipment, claims for damaged merchandise
must be made to the transport company and reported to SCP SCIENCE within
five days of receipt of order. The damaged goods and original packaging must be
kept, and a damage report claim must be filed with transport company. Claims
for short shipments (merchandise manifested but not received) should be made
immediately with SCP SCIENCE.

Returns:

Please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number
and instructions prior to shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior
approval. Restocking charges may be applicable. Credit for returned merchandise
will be issued only if goods are unopened and resalable.
