Simply aliquot 2 ml of sample directly to the pre-filled COD digestion tube, replace the screw cap, and mix by inverting the tube. Place the digestion tubes in the DigiPREP CUBE, or the Automated EasyPREP COD-200, set to 150 °C. Heat for 2 hours, allow samples to cool, then measure in a spectrophotometer at the appropriate wavelength. For more information on the EasyPREP COD-200, click here.
